The New Deal contract displayed on this site is a Multi-Programme contract and it can be assumed that all New Deal Providers (including A4e, Working Links and TNG) have an identical contract although the Schedules may differ.

The contract was obtained under the Freedom of Information Act. The contract is at the end of its term and deemed by DWP to a) be in the public interest for its disclosure  and b) no longer of Commercial Sensitivity (although notices will show differently on this site – it is because it is what is stated on the contract – this to give an accurate representation of the actual contract).

Therefore the contract isn’t leaked or stolen – I have gone to the great expense of publishing it to the internet for your viewing – this is perfectly legal under the Freedom of Information Act and is no different to WhatDoTheyKnow.com

It is unknown how similar the Flexible New Deal contracts are to this New Deal contract. I think there will be some changes but likely have the same backbone. After all, the New Deal contracts refers to external guidance for its regulation such as the Provider Guidance and the enclosed Schedules.

I will correct them if they are due to my error otherwise I will reply to your comment letting you know it is an DWP error.
